Pelican

OK, today I went outside of my photographic comfort zone. Wildlife isn't my thing but I saw the reflection and couldn't resist. Apparently pelicans have died in their thousands here because they breed far inland and there has been no rain to replenish waterways. I wouldn't know but there seems to be less of them around this year.

I thought the reflection was nice though.

I should have take my boat out today except the weather report was for strong winds. Well the wind never arrived and I missed out on a nice day of fishing on the bay. Not to worry, I have organised with a mate for some fishing in the morning. With any luck the fish will still be around.
