First Christmas Present

My first chore after breakfast and reading the paper is setting the fire - at least at this time of year. Duly went round to the coal bunker to come up against a pile of logs. Don't know when they arrived - late last night or early this morning. Father-in-law does this every year which is very generous of him. The men just throw them over the back gate. Spent some time clearing a way through - a bit of much needed exercise.
