Whisky

One of the things that people are usually surprised at is that I am a single malt whisky fan.

Today CP took me to Whisky Galore, where he bought me a celebratory bottle of Caol Ila. It's an amazing drop - 28 yrs old. I love the fact that whisky gets better as it gets older. The store was munted in the earthquake, but they are back bigger and better. What a great place to spend an hour and a half.

I think I might be turning into a whisky nerd ...
