I think I need to stop copping out with dog blips. I've relied on Fidget heavily for my last few entries but then again he does seem to have acquired a bit of a fan club on here...

No work today! We both booked the day off a couple of weeks back so we ended up having another lazy day. I finally got motivated in the late afternoon and dragged my behind to the gym. After training, I spent a couple of hours with Tarek at his place, and that's about it for today....

Tomorrow I have a busy day and will take my camera out so I will not rely on Fidget... He can have the day off....
