Touching the Moon

A cold Daddy Day today as we wandered around a few shops before popping home for a warm up before heading out to the museum for a quick visit to leave Wife to get some peace.

On the way back Toddler Girl was very excited about the moon and enjoyed making up a new song about it. We were also lucky enough to walk back past the house that has amazing Christmas decorations every year just as they were being switched on. There are a lots of lights, a train, minature dodgems and ice skaters all moving about. Both Toddler and Baby were mesmorised by it all.

One of the neighbours told us that this may be the last year they do the lights. We discussed the amount it must cost and I mentioned how they must lose their privacy by all the passer bys looking in. She said that it isn't a problem, they just stay upstairs.
