Terrine of shrimps, prawns and crayfish

A terrine of shrimps, prawns and crayfish, set with agar agar and served with sweet pickled fennel, caviar and roasted red pepper coulis. Also served with a puff pastry anchovy stick but I forgot to put it on the plate for the photo! This is one of the starters on the Christmas party menu.

Good day again today. Quite busy as well for a monday. Once in a while the heads from 12 schools in the area meet and have dinner. They request ham egg and chips. Also had burgers, fish and chips and just chips. Nice to see they are setting the standard for their students ;-)

Few more christmas parties this week and then after christmas we'll be working towards new year! How time flies!
