T-shirt weather

The temperature this lunchtime was amazingly warm and we were able to sit and enjoy the sun in t-shirts. It was so warm that honey-bees were investigating this Mahonia for pollen. There was actually quite a hum going on close-up.

I've felt better today though still not up to walking, so after lunch we decided to drive over the ridge above the reservoirs. I was hoping to take advantage of the late afternoon light in order to capture a landscape blip. Unfortunately once we could see down the valley to the west we spotted lots of cloud coming our way, so we had a pleasant drive but I didn't take any more photos.
