Play Day

No chance ...............

Up early (in case the heating engineer arrived early (any time between 8am and 5pm I was told) ........ no chance of that.

Round the The Cygnets - he was still in his dressing gown having breakfast.

After getting him dressed it was back to our house so that the estate agent had free reign with the viewers who were coming round.

Lunch

Heating engineer arrived ........ his diagnosis - some switch/box thingy next to the immersion heater upstairs is knackered.
New bit ordered.
Insurance company charged us another 'excess fee' because it is not the same problem ............... ehhhh - YES IT IS - your engineer gave a wrong diagnosis.
(I will fight that one after things have been fixed properly)

Cygnet down for a sleep

Cygnet wakes up and is taken home.

Shopping.

Home and prepare/cook the meal.

Out to Mid \Calder Camera Club for our annual competition.
We got beaten for the 4th time in 13 years.
Had to hand over the trophies (old full one and brand new virgin one .... both made by yours truely)

Now having to go and do a write up of the judges comments for the club.
Not very helpful comments - he didn't say a lot and markerd on how much he liked the pictures .... nothing to do with any technical ability .
