Busy Bee

A lovely day at home and so nice to stroll round the garden with a cuppa in hand. Summer blooms are still flourishing, with pinks, whites and blues being the main colours and a few bright oranges and yellows.

This little dahlia is a dwarf variety that I've had for years. Its very delicate and sometimes I feel quite plain and common but just for the moment I'm enjoying the softer colour, especially with the little bee.

Feeling a little tired with these early morning starts and my words are not flowing today, so I'll leave you with this little one from my garden.
