Picasso

Have come down to London for an extended weekend. It's Stu's first proper time in the Capital. Today we visited the Tate Modern, this a Picasso piece currently on display called 'nude, greens leaves and bust'. Last year this painting fetched £66 million in auction. The most raised in a public auction for any painting. It's hard looking at such a painting, it just becomes a number, it's hard to see past the price tag once you know it. Standing next to something worth more money than I'll ever see again. Maybe part of me hopes I'll walk away enlightened and changed, while it is a great painting, it didn't 'move' me as such.
