This is my mates car - a 9.3 convertible Saab which is 11 years old. When she got it 11 years ago, it was the fulfillment of her dreams as she had always wanted a convertible Saab. The personalized plate can be translated as "sunned upon" or "sunned on." Unfortunately, she parks it at work under some eaves where the birds hang out. They think it means something else upon. If you saw the front, you'd know what I mean...
