A is for ... Angel

Yesterday I was not prepared to take the risk of missing the first in the latest challenge series from Ponty Cyclops. We returned from our trip to London yesterday evening and by bedtime there was a light sprinkling on the patio. By morning, the snow lay deep (and crisp and even) at 7" !!

I joined the kids outside in the garden and at my younger's request, set about building a snow man. She got cold / bored and went indoors after half an hour. Three and a half hours later, the snow angel is finished and a pleasing start to the alphabet challenge.

Tomorrow a snow palace with 27 bedrooms.
