Mini Aubergines ...

It has been raining off and on most of the day, so I decided to take a photograph of a mini aubergine.

I must be honest I only brought this last week to take photographs of on a wet day. I have never cooked with one at all, or even tasted them.

I must have a look in my cookery book to see what you can do with them. I bet they are quite delicious, they are very colourful and have a lovely shape to them.
