Missions Week

That's it. Five days of flashmobs, lunchbars and evening events has flown by. Check out my last few blips to see what an encouraging week it has been. But the mission of the CU does not stop just because this intense week of events is over.

We got to the tent this morning to find a chip van with a car company offering free fish and chips during a recruitment stunt they were having in the middle of Rottenrow - right next to our marquee! But God didn't let that affect His work on campus. Both lunchbars were busy and the evening event was well attended too. It's just been such a great week. We're all knackered now though and stuffed full of baking and pizza. There's still quite a bit left over! (e.g. these sweets lovingly modelled by Bryony bearing the verse that inspired the 'Hungry? Thirsty?' theme of the week).
