Pushing Through

We have about five snowdrops in our jungle garden and I can't help but admire their fighting spirit in managing to push through all the dead leaves and foliage. They're only tiny!
Horrible day today - woke up with stomach cramps and spasms and felt weak and dizzy all day. Do you think my children cared? Do you think they left me in peace to lie on the sofa?
They did not.
Mr K gave me a lovely bunch of roses this morning but unfortunately I was bent over double on the dining room floor at the time so didn't really do the moment justice!
An early night tonight and hopefully a less bluuughh day tomorrow.
