Pancake Day!

Shrove Tuesday is the one and only day we ever have pancakes chez Jackson.

Here's mine. I'm a sugar and fresh squeezed orange juice type of girl. Tom likes to flambé his with grand marnier and orange juice, and Kate is the philistine who eats hers with maple syrup... EWWWW!

So that's it, Pancake Day, over and done with for another year!
