Rooster

I really liked the colors of this rooster's feathers. We were visiting a friend's property in the jungle about a half mile walk from our apartment complex. He has reclaimed the land from the surrounding environment and is turing it into a home away from home (or nursery away from apartment). Along with the varied plant-life, he maintains about a dozen chickens and this one, colorful rooster. I am learning to shoot more photos of each subject, so I had many of this rooster from which to choose. I picked the one shot from above, which I thought showed off his colors the best.
