One more woolly week to go!

I am not sure how much woollier a dog can get! Tallulah is desperate for a hair cut. She looks like a cross between a bear and a sheep - smells like it to at times! We have always had her hand stripped and this has kept her colour beautifully. But it has meant that we have had to wait until her coat is naturally falling out.

Having waited and waited we decided that she is getting too old for all that fuss and a trim with shears would be fine. it will mean that we can get her clipped regularly over the summer which will be better for her. Also it will not be so tiring for her or her hairdresser as it takes all day - they have lots of breaks and markies and cups of tea.

So my gorgeous woolly geriatric Airedale will only be woolly for one more week. Then of to Debbie at the kennels for a day of pampering. Emmm sounds like quite a nice day - if you are a dog or have lots of hair.
