A Day Worth Recording

The talents of my sons and, indeed, the creative seeds sown by their secondary school, never cease to amaze me.

After an after-school workshop, last year I think, on carving breeze blocks, J has taken it beyond any normal boundaries.  Here's a giant Lego character entirely hand carved from breeze blocks, at the stage of fixing parts together (using a mix of PVA and breeze-block dust).

A little more spreadsheet fun today.

Off to meet up with friends in Saffron Walden for a chinese-takeaway-and-board-games evening.  Played Martian Dice (very silly), then split into two groups for games of Aquarium and On The Underground, and lots of chat.
