Playtime

The kids playground in Chapelfield Gardens has had a makeover and there are lots of new things for the tinies to swing on, ride on, climb on and generally burn off energy. I love this - thing. It's a kind of swirly-netty-climbing type thing. Perhaps one day I'll give it a go myself.

Couldn't help but feel a but surprised the other day though when I heard someone shout at a child: 'Get off that tree! If you want to climb, use the climbing frame!' I always thought that trees were climbing frames. Courtesy of Mother Nature, rather than the local council .....

Received confirmation this morning that 'Art on the Railings' is definitely on for the weekend of 24/25 March. I'll be down there on the 24th - providing it's not raining.
