Under Attack

I drive past the duck ponds each day on the way home from work but today was the first day all year I've stopped in to see how the ducks are doing.

Pleased to report all seems good, although the ponds themselves had changed quite a bit. I think the December floods must be responsible for the vast amount of debris that has created large islands within the pond - islands that almost stretch the width of the pond :(

And there's a rather nice sculpture that has appeared recently too. Might manage a shot of that sometime in the future.

In fact, it was all very peaceful at the pond - at least, it was until this wee squabble erupted and burst the peace-bubble.
