Ice Stars

Clara (on the left) is my friend Annette's youngest daughter and last year she was very ill. Today is Annette's birthday and we were at the Dumfries Ice Bowl to watch the Trophy d'Ecosse Synchronized Skating Championships. Clara's team, the Solway Stars, came first in their class. Clara is always smiling and it's a joy to see her looking so well.
