Golden sunset at Moddergat

Now that the sunset is after eight 'o clock in the evening, capturing a sunset comes within reach again. Today the weather forecast looked very promising and a photography meet with Herman and Ton was arranged through Twitter. We arrived at Moddergat about one hour before sunset and immediately started shooting.

I was the one who ventured out into the wadden sea the furthest, but that wasn't without risk as you can see here. At some point, we noticed that the tide was coming in. I can't believe how fast that went and we ended up practically running back to higher grounds.
