Aaaand relax

This photo marked the end of a busy week. After a full day at work Roz gave me a lift straight to the gym to help out with another Taekwon Do kids class. It was the Little Dragons class today which is kids between the ages of four and six. They were a great bunch of kids but it's hard to keep them focussed on class. I'm gladf it's just a one off rather than a regular thing.

After that I headed to Orocco pier to meet Laura and give her a disk with teh photos from the other day. She bought me a coffee to say thanks so I finally got a chance to relax.

After that I headed home then Roz and I went into the spa for a bit. I'm definitely feeling like it's the weekend now.
