The light was creating some interesting reflection

A quick tour around the building works this afternoon resulted in this self-portrait. All the new windows and doors are fitted at the front now and it's looking good. Today has been a day for cutting mats for prints and recycling piles of redundant paper. This afternoon we've been out and about trying to track down the floor covering that was recommended by Dave. One of the stores he suggested appears to have closed down so we ended up at Wentworth Garden Centre for tea and afternoon cake instead. Not a bad thing to do on a wet afternoon. He's removed the internal door ready for fitting a fire door tomorrow - so we now have a drafty space into the rest of the house - though he has errected a dust sheet and one or two others bits and pieces to try and block the gap.
