Shadows.

Cloudy morning, but the sun peeked out for a bit while Roger and I were out for a ride on our tandem, allowing me to get this shot of our shadows. We started from Loveland, our closest spot and cycled north. For a change we decided to take the spur trail that leads to Lebanon, but we discovered they haven't cleared that as well as the main trail after the storm of a few weeks ago, and in a couple of spots we had to cycle under trees which had fallen over the trail.

This evening we drove up with Laura to east of Dayton, to North West High School, where her High School marching band were performing in a contest. It was quite strange for her to be on the other side, listening to the band instead of playing, and hearing the comments of the parents around us. We thought Sycamore's show was really good - loved the music and the visual effect, but unfortunately they got beaten into top spot by Lakota East - a huge band of about 270.
