Evening light

This has caught the best part of the day - our evening stroll along Harbour Street in Plockton. (Anybody remember Hamish Macbeth?)

We came through very heavy rain, especially in Cumbria, but the rain was far less frequent or heavy once we crossed the border into Scotland. But although this is a lovely sight and I hope the rain stays away as long as possible, I can tell you that it is 'nitheringly' cold!

The journey took 9 hours with breaks but, after a drink in the pub by an open fire and an excellent seafood dinner, it was well worth it!
