Growing old disgracefully

CRAGS AND RAPTORS

There are a number of tiny, but exciting little crags and bumps to the north west of Windy Hill in Muirshiel. I had a good romp up there today, heading north first on along the Hardridge Track then taking in Craig of Todholes, the Heddles, Craig Minnan and Windy Hill on the return. Marvellous views of Ben More and Stobhinian whichare 60 miles away. They looked a bit surreal on the photographs tho, so I have plumped for this one instead, a close up of Craig Minnan.

Muirshiel is working hard to attract the big raptors back. Here was one, heading in from Islay.

Back to pick up pals at the station and some groceries at Morrisons, after which I fell asleep on the sofa. Peaked too early, I imagine. Now summoning the energy to plant some broad beans.

THREE THINGS TO BE GRATEFUL FOR:

Sunshine
Time to go for a long walk
The Professor recovering from his chest infection
