Psittacus Legoitis

Today J (and Ellis) finished J's birthday present to E (whose birthday was last summer...). Inspired by a visit to the Denmark Legoland E had suggested a permanent model for the garden. Actually the parrot was complete for the birthday, just not stuck together.

(Curiously, for a non-driver from Cambridge, Legoland Denmark is easier to get to than Legoland Windsor - which says something about about the UK public transport system).

Meeting this morning included one ministry about taking time to reflect on the day and give thanks. Naturally my mind thought of Blip.

Otherwise, general tidying, and a long time on the phone trying to sort A's email accounts via M who was visiting A today. One day, these things will be easier...

I'm going to have to take care with the exceedingly short depth of focus on this new lens. At 1:1 I can read LEGO on the grey bricks, but the head's well out of focus!
