Textures

Took a few quick fotos this morning on an early run, thought I'd be out again as it was such a pleasant day for photography, but didn't make it.

Passing this oak tree I noticed for the first time the green of the leaves. I wanted to catch something of the textural contrast of the tree and the soft sky,so cropped out everything else and went for mono so it's all tones,textures and contrast. Not sure about the composition.

I've got a bit of a mono thing going on at the moment, bear with me, any tips welcome.
