Azalea

We had another lovely day off together, without any drama at all.

I got up quite early and watched Downton Abbey which my friend has leant me the box set of. Whilst watching tv I cast on a shawl called Freya using my homespun yarn, it's coming along nicely and I got more done this evening too.

Marisol came over for a cuppa bearing cake mid-afternoon so we had a good blether, then Carlos and I took the kids to se the Avengers movie. It was a great film and we all really enjoyed it. We completed the treat with some fast food for tea then an evening of chilling out before the working (short) week starts again tomorrow.

I've had a great weekend with the perfect balance of relaxing and socialising. I feel a million times better than I did this time last week so hopefully I'll be fully recovered before you know it.
