Windshield View

It rained ALL DAY today in Northampton Massachusetts.

A bit in desperation, I took my camera along doing some errands this afternoon, and as I was leaving the parking lot of our local hardware store, I stopped to take this scene. Full stop. At the left on the windshield are maple-like seeds* that had accumulated there.

* Edit: These sorts of fruits or seeds are called samaras, as a friend informs me.
