Dan

Got back to karate training tonight after a few weeks absence because of various other priorities. A somewhat intensive session, but I surprised myself that I could remember the Empi kata which I don't think I've done since regrading at 1st Dan last year.

I suspect getting out of bed in the morning may be more traumatic than usual.

Dismal weather again today. Got out for a brisk but cold walk with Rob at lunchtime. Took some photo's but nothing worth repeating here. I'm still getting the hang of the new lens.
