Getting on

A bit of a full-on day today considering it is the first day of the holidays. The last of the presents were wrapped by 7.30am, having decided to do the wrapping once I'd put Bailey back to bed. And the day has continued like that. The car's been washed; the last bit of shopping done; the hoovering done on all three floors; the bathrooms cleaned; Bailey's bedding washed; an earring retrieved but not longer an earring strictly speaking; bags and the car packed and two walks around the biggest block. The idea of that being to wear Bailey out so that he sleeps in the car on our journey over to the other side. He was certainly a bit worn out by the activity and even went for a lie down in his bed - not that he stayed there for long but long enough to be blipped.
