Happy Christmas Children

A couple of jobs in town lead us to a coffee/'cino stop for a bit of homework and warm through. Then they saw the gallopers, they were so excited. I knew that it was in the town square and had engineered a visit. Over a 'cino they discussed how they wanted to proceed and they came to the conclusion that they wanted to go on a double seated horse and chose the one called Maddie.

When we went over I was slightly worried as Will was not only below the height to ride without an adult he was also too young. I was ready to state my case knowing full well he had ridden alone last year. Anyway I need not have worried, the guys did not care and Will got on without anyone batting their eyelashes.

Will went to the football party of M, the brother of one of Carys's besties. He was the only Reception kid in what was really a year 1 party with a couple of year 3's. He loved it. Needless to say he ran and ran and fell asleep by 18.15!

Back home we all sat down and watched Polar Express a lovely film to start the Christmas holidays off properly.
