Moonrise at Nanpantan

Basil and I missed our walk yesterday and left it to the last moment today, so two circuits of Nanpantan Reservoir it was.

What a bonus! The moon, not quite full, was rising over the eastern end of the reservoir in a winter pink tinged sky. Magical.

Still got to finish off one or two things. At least Leicester won today at home against Newcastle, 1-0.

Len will come home expecting dinner. I haven't got anything ready. It should have been prawns but he didn't buy enough in December even though the fish stallholders told him they would be on holiday. Still plenty of stuff in the fridge.
