MonoMonday - New

This is my new gadget - it's basically a pedometer, but you wear it as a watch and it digitally tracks your steps, distance, sleep, progress and history.

It's amazingly accurate, and the results are downloaded to the computer daily.

I am astounded at the very short time I spend each day actually moving around.  Sleep accounts for 33% of each 24 hours, but the most I can get up to in activity is a measly 10 - 12 %.  I know the accepted goal is 10,000 steps per day, but I have no difficulty in getting 18,000 to 20,000 per day.    So I've upped my minimum goal to 15,000 steps per day.
