My MonoMonday Challenge #43 - New ........

.............. my contribution to the MonoMonday Challenge #49 (hosted by Skeena   ) ..... a ''NEW'' unopened bottle of wine from the fridge.

Thank you so, so much for all your comments, stars and hearts on yesterday's frosty leaf - I was amazed at how much you all liked it.

A grey, damp day - feels quite chilly too.

Mum is back at home and, so far, fingers crossed, is managing well despite the crippling pain in her back.  She now has a new wet room instead of the tiny shower in the bathroom that was there before which makes it all much easier.  I have also done quite a lot of cooking and filled her freezer - some of the problem is that she cannot stand long enough to cook a proper meal so wasn't eating that much before Christmas.  I feel happier now I know that there is a choice of home-cooked food for her.  She has an appointment with a neurologist on Thursday evening and, if that doesn't take us any further forward, we will explore other specialists and consultants.  Thinking positive at the moment.  :-))
