Winter tracery

After last night's battering by wind and rain, a quick inspection of the outside premises revealed that, apart from a broken cap from a small ventilation shaft,  everything seemed intact. However the brown skeletal remains of the  leaves of a glorious hydrangea, called Pink Lady, caught my eye. Even in the depth of winter there is beauty in plants. I like the muted brown palette of leaves against the background of out-of-focus patio stone.
