The perfect Cumberland sausage?

Just before Christmas our group of midwives played 'Cards against humanity'. It was hilarious. On one round it was The elf's turn to read out the question and chose the best answer. We can't remember what the question was, but the answer she chose, and got us laughing hysterically for weeks to come was 'Shitting a perfect cumberland sausage'!

So when it came to going out to celebrate 'the elf's' big birthday, what other present could she expect to get, but a perfect cumberland sausage in a chamber pot! Happy birthday!
