Windy walk

Will had a party at 11.30 today. I suggested to Carys that after dropping him, she came into town with me for a bit of girl time. I even tried to bribe her with the offer of hot chocolate and fruit toast but to no avail, she wanted to stay at home with Daddy. A pity really, as I bumped into our NCT friend, R, and her eldest G, who is only a day younger than Carys, and had a lovely coffee and a chat.

Will picked up from party, we put on our warm clothes and wellies and headed out to wander on Oughton Common. When we arrived the sun was shining, however this didn't last and it got very grey very quickly. Good job the kids were wearing what they were wearing, they brightened things up and there was certainly no missing them!
