Cauli curls

Apparently lots of things can be done with cauliflower, very good for a low-carb diet. Picked up this one this morning, initially it came with a miniature snail, but the cashier was very quick in dispatching it before I could say anything. At home I saw the curly leaves and then thought I'd make some pictures of that (as you do). I decided I wanted to make cauliflower 'dreamy'. Texture Deco Vert and some fiddling with levels, up to you to decide if I succeeded :-)
