Marmalade day...

I just love the smell and steaminess of marmalade making day.. The sun is shining and I must get it boiling then go out for a walk.. and look forward to the golden goodness that will be in the jars tonight

In other news we were short staffed at the foodbank today with two of our team catching the dreaded cough.. I wonder how long it will be before we see them again.. it seems to be taking ages to leave the people who have suffered from it.
