Coffee Chat

Today I met up with one of my best friends for coffee and a good ol' chinwag.

Two hours flew by in what seemed like five minutes and in that time we covered a variety of topics from children to education to historical properties to romance to nutrition to flying. We shared the same flying instructor so nine times out of ten we revert to aviation chatter.

We planned social gatherings and dreamed of all the things we'd do when I have an amazing high paid job and my friend's children have grown up.

But then it isn't a true friend if you can't dream on a dreary Saturday in January is it?
