The Oldest Alder, at Night

You might be familiar now with my lovely alder, the oldest in Wiltshire.

Tripod (almost) in the river and if I stick a full-frame fisheye on, I get it all in - and its reflection! The fisheye includes so much dark foreground, I had a bit of fun with the new (ish) LED torch.

Colours aren't subtle, but were all there and the three minute exposure did streaky things with the clouds.

Cold cold and cold out there, so such excursions at past midnight are a mixture of fun and not so much fun.

Big thanks for all comments, stars and what-not on my even more freezing Blip of yesterday!

Lens is Nikkor D 16mm f2.8 fisheye
