Tree Trouble

I met my sister at the family home this morning mainly to look for paperwork relating to an insurance claim. An acorn that I had planted as a child in the front garden had grown into a mighty oak and its roots had reached the foundations of the house. Because my mother had put in a claim for cracks in the walls the insurance company said that the oak had to go. Understandable but a bit of a shame. We found the documents we needed then got frozen in the shed packing stuff up to deposit at charity shops.

I took the docs to Mother's solicitor in Witham. The above was taken at Wickham Hall in Wickham Bishops.
