Lewis and his Tablet

Out of focus but I have nothing else to offer.

Struggled to get off the sofa and in to the shower to get to Mum's for 1.30pm. We headed to Craigleith for a coffee and a few bits and bobs. On the way back we popped in to see Lewis. He was happily playing with his tablet , laughing and squealing at the noises it was making.

I have struggled throughout the afternoon, wanting to burst into tears one minute , then wanting to do some damage to something next. Home now and I have let off some steam and I know what I need to do next.

Psychiatrist appointment tomorrow.
