Never thought I would make it but I have found it such fun that I would miss the challenge if I stopped.

Thought I should have another cheerful blip to celebrate so here is a close up from a large Witch Hazel shrub growing in the garden of a friend. Not only is it bright and attractive and reasonably hardy, it has provided relief for numerals family bruises gained in the rough and tumble of life.
