why the long face

Today was not a good day. 

Delayed commute (no cycling today), work, no gym, commute.

But enough of that and onto the music: following on from a chat with Leslie C it had to be a day of music from Northern Britain (my favourite fannies album) although Shadows  is pretty good too. Although you can't really mention the fannies without Bandwagonesque and Everything Flows. There was also some King Creosote. There was also some Police and BMX Bandits in there too, just for good measure.
