First snow of the season

Snow on the field across to the marsh this morning. I had no time to explore as I had to have my stitches removed..at last! By the time I had popped in for coffee with my daughter it was all gone.

It was certainly very cold this morning. The stream crossed by the bridge in the picture had frozen.
